Bursting with bountiful flavors, tender, moist, and delicious! Since my dad has always touted the health benefits of Spirulina, when I came across these, I just had to give them a try...unfortumately, their price point is a tad too high-@$1.50/bar too high...If these were priced at $19.99-$20.95/box, I would be ordering five boxes every month of these, instead of the GoMacro, RXBAR, and ZonePerfectMacros bars that I eat daily. This Vanilla and Cashew Delight will only be a occasional treat at almost $5/bar...and with such a small bar size, these are right along with the SHANTI bars that I also seldom order. Perhaps after I hit the PowerBall, I could afford to eat these a couple of times each day...oh, wait, with the ridiculous odds to win, I only play when the jackpot is over $375Mil/to one payout, so, after taxes, I could afford to buy 1,000 boxes a day, and donate them to help feed those in need...

Taste was fine. Nothing amazing, just typical of a protein bar. The bar was extremely dry though which made it unenjoyable. I didn't want to waste the bars, so I finely grounded it up in a food processor and sifted it in my food for the extra protein, and it actually gave an interesting flavor to some dishes. I mostly put it in pastas and ground meat to help mask some of the sweet vanilla flavor. So if you buy this bar and hate the dry texture, I recommend doing what I did to get the protein benefits. I definitely wouldn't buy this again - I'd just buy blue spirulina protein powder and stick to eating other protein bars - but using it as a powder did work effectively, so in that sense, this wasn't a bad experience.

The bars are good .. not very sweet but I guess that’s the pointIf you are looking for a bar that you know has good ingredients, you know you have it with this bar. The taste is something tog eat used to.Good to just try these bars if you’ve been meaning to try them

I really enjoy the taste of these bars and the ingredients are amazing, but I was disappointed when my box arrived today and the bar box had been opened and only included 5 bars. At the steep price, it is irritating that the box didn’t include all 6 bars. I love sakara life products and am on my second week of meal deliveries. Huge fan of the company and products but disappointed that my delivery fell short today.

I like these bars, but knocked a star off because the box only contained 5 bars instead of 6. For nearly $5 per bar, I'm disappointed to not receive the full quantity I paid for.

Got these on a lightning deal. Quality ingredients. No sugar or syrup. Within expiration period. Love spirulina but this taste is hard to get past. Play dough for sure.

I really like the bars - they are dense and tasty and have less fat and more fiber than the granola bars I was previously snacking on. Feel full longer. However, they’re very expensive (even as a prime deal) and I’m upset my box only came with 5 bars instead of the 6 advertised.

I am a constant pursuer and consumer of energy/protein bars and the Sakara Detox Bar is one of the best I have tasted recently. The flavor and consistency of the bar was awesome and I was pleasantly surprised by how satiated I was. Unlike other plant based bars out there, the Sakara Bars were not oily at all. Sakara is a must have in every household!!
