This Creme of Nature detangler has been a real win for my teenage daughter who has 3c hair. It’s genuinely effective at tackling even the most stubborn tangles and matted sections, which is exactly what we needed for her curl type. The product delivers on its promises - it detangles really well, moisturizes dry hair beautifully, and leaves her hair looking silky smooth and shiny. The scent is pleasant, and the overall quality feels solid. For 3b-3c type curls specifically, this seems to be a great match, as it works through knots without causing breakage or excessive pulling. However, there’s one important thing to know about this product: it’s very thick, which creates both benefits and challenges. The thick consistency means it has good staying power and really coats the hair to work through tangles. But here’s the catch - once it starts flowing out of the bottle, even though it’s thick, it can come out surprisingly quickly. This became an issue with my daughter, who like most teenagers, has absolutely no concept of portion control when it comes to hair products. The thick formula can be deceiving because you think you’re getting a small amount, but then suddenly you have way more product than you intended. This can lead to waste and also potentially weigh down the hair if you use too much. My advice would be to start with a very small amount and work it through the hair gradually. You can always add more, but it’s harder to deal with over-application. Despite the portion control learning curve, this has become a staple in our routine because it really does work well for her hair type. This product smells great and left my hair soft but maybe a little bit too weighted down. It’s very difficult to get out of the bottle because it’s so thick. I had to take a butter knife and put it inside the bottle to get some out. He does help detangler, but not any better than other detangler that I have used.

I’ve tried everything. My hair is naturally thick and wavy, and every time I take a shower it comes out in knots. I’ve tried so many conditioners— all sorts of herbal essences, Pantene, tressemme, garnier, Biosilk, chia, even baby shampoos made to untangle hair. I’ve tried soaking my hair in masks, argan oils, almond oils, coconut oils, home made banana and egg deep treatments that lasted several hours, even MAYONNAISE. Literal! mayonnaise! I’ve tried detangling leave in creams, sprays, leave in conditioners… I’ve tried it all. Every shower, I’d get out and it would be in knots, and nothing I did, and no matter how carefully I brushed it, seemed to help. And my hair is barely past shoulder length. The only thing that came close is Healthy Sexy Hair’s Want It All, but that stuff is like $20 a bottle and doesn’t last very long if I use as much as I actually need. Enter this detangler. Tbh, I wasn’t expecting it to be helpful because so many products had promised to. I squeezed out a little bit onto my hands after a shower, rubbed them together to help spread it, and started rubbing it in/on my hair, which had once again become knotted after rinsing out conditioner. Oh. My. GOD. I could quickly, easily brush my hair. It was like brushing through butter. And it didn’t take a lot of product— just enough to have a thin coating on each hand. It wasn’t a big struggle to get it to knotted areas, I didn’t have to fight knots as I tried to get it through — it just worked. It just WORKED. When my hair dried, it was considerably less frizzy and dried out than usual. And I’ve tried SO many different things to help with that when my hair is dry later after a shower (I don’t blow dry, I don’t straighten or curl most days, and it takes a few hours to dry). I didn’t have to slather on a bunch more product to get my hair to be calm and not have a bunch of dry split ends. It was just… soft. And smooth. and for the first time in a very long time, it looked healthy. The fact that this stuff is about $7 when so many fancy brands that don’t work are like $30, or even Healthy Sexy Hair is $20 - it’s almost unbelievable how great this stuff is. I would 100% recommend. To my thick, easily tangled haired friends : we finally have a solution.

This is a no rinse hair detangling product that can be applied directly to dry hair and does not have to be rinsed out. I have some really bad rat nests on the back of my head and been looking for a way to get them out without cutting them out. The worst part of this product is the packaging, it is so thick it's really rough to get the product out of it. I suspect they'd do better with a wide fat container rather than this bottle but because it's plastic you can whack it on the counter and shake it violently to help get it to come out. Store the package upside down so that gravity will help you get it out. I have just used this for the first time it has a pleasant smell and it's not overly greasy. I'm working on my hair will post more later it's always best to let products like this "work" a bit before applying the comb. Happy so far. You can spend a lot for products like this I even saw one on amazon that was fifty dollars which would not be my first choice even if the reviews seem to say it works well.

The product is good. However, I emptied the new 8 oz bottle of Cream of Nature into my old bottle and it dis not fill it up. It appears that you get more detailed in the old bottle. I would say about 2 oz more.

A miracle for detangling my daughter's long curly hair. Wet hair + this + detangling brush = victory.

Tengo el pelo ondulado y fosco y muy fino, entre otras cosas, producto de tantos años de mechas rubias, y el pelo se me enreda con mirarlo... Compré este producto, que está más barato aquí en Amazon que en ningún otro sitio, y aluciné, xq ayuda a desenredar muchísimo y deja el pelo súper suave, y si usas plancha después para alisar, te deja el pelo más liso efecto tabla que de costumbre... Además, huele de muerte... Por poner una pega, es bastante espeso y tiene un mal sistema de tapón, que hace que cueste que salga... Ojalá lo vendieran con un dosificador más práctico y cómodo...

Ho acquistato la crema districante e la crema attivaricci e non ho più bisogno di altro per asciugare i miei capelli mossi. Prima utilizzavo tanti prodotti, molti dei quali mi seccavano i capelli e me li appesantivano, ora ho bisogno solo di questi due per definire i miei capelli e renderli profumati. Li consiglio e acquisterò anche gli altri prodotti.

Super Duft. Sehr reichhaltige cremige Konsistenz. Zieht gut ein. Hinterlässt aber trotzdem keine sichtbaren Rücktände. Benutze es mit Öl und Lockencreme. Sorgt für Geschmeidigkeit.

My hair was very badly tangled used it as a leave in and combed my hair with it in. It did very well. Would recommend to friends.
