Product was good.I bought several containers but one of them had no seal on the inside when I opened it.It was starting to mildew

Value for money I heard it has a lot of health benefits and helps you to stay focused and your energy levels are supposed to be great with this. The taste you have to get used to it. I would put it in applesauce or eat a plain. They said, put it in drinks and stuff. I haven’t tried that yet but overall, I’m satisfied. I just hope it works in the future and maintain wellness.
