I was somewhat hesitant about buying an entire box of these before I tried one, however they don’t seem to be sold as singles.I decided to go ahead with the purchase and would gift them to a hardcore fitness buddy if I didn’t like them.I was very pleasantly surprised. These are really good and actually taste like shortbread.They are not too dry, not too sticky, and have a shortbread like consistency.They are a good way to sneak in some extra protein and everyone needs collagen.I have also shared a few and gotten positive feedback on all counts.I will definitely buy these again.

I actually like the flavor and texture of the chocolate bars however they give me very persistent painful gas like world record setting loud and long farts.

First off, I am writing because I love the Lemon Bars! But, the reason I was compelled to write this is because I have ordered these three times. The first time, I loved them. It was truly like eating a healthy lemon cookie! The second time, there was a weird taste, but I finished them because they are pricey and it wasn't horrible, just not as great as the first time. I was pondering whether to order them again when the best thing happened. My husband gave me a box that had been delivered to our house from Bulletproof. I was instantly angry, because I figured they put me on an auto shipment plan without my ok. I opened the box to find a letter, a box of lemon cookies, and a pound of bulletproof coffee. The letter explained that they felt the taste of their last batch of lemon cookies was not up to par. Therefore, they proactively sent a free box to everyone that had ordered from that batch, and a pound of coffee as a Thank you and apology. I was floored. I ate that box and then ordered another. They were both DELICIOUS! Thank you to Bulletproof's great customer service, I will continue ordering from them and have told everyone I know about this story!

The product was good.The only issue is the shipping package was fragile and therefore the box came apart.Also It would be great if they had more flavors, like the lemon, that are without hard pieces in it (such as nuts.)

If you're thinking these taste like a Lorna Doone cookie...don't. They are delicious, though. They have a satisfying feel in your mouth like a butter soaked cookie and the vanilla taste is pleasant. I like that I could drink this with coffee and feel like a treat in the morning before a workout. I'm off to try the lemon cookie ones now.

I'm now forced to do Keto because of prediabetes. Tried these and they are terrible. Taste like chocolate flavored dirt. They are dry, crumbly and oily at the same time. Even put in microwave oven for 15 seconds helped some, but still nasty. I don't recommend and will not buy again.

Taste is good but I get a stevia aftertaste. Texture is crumbly so they are a bit messy. I would purchase again.
