very good quality, i have used pond liners in the past but for the price this liners is absolutely bargain, would definitely recommend this liner. very strong and flexible and easy to use.

This is very thin like bin bag material. I read the other review that stated heavy duty waterproof tarpaulin (which it certainly is not)

It’s a bit on the thin side but not a problem in my case. Tried it out for my diy fountain project and it holds in water just fine.

🐟 I recently acquired this pond liner made from HDPE. In the pack, you get a rectangular piece of liner, enough to create a small pond, so long as the depth and overlap are accounted for. It comes folded in plain wrapping.⭐ Top features:👍 The liner is UV and weather-resistant, safeguarding it against sunlight and temperature variations and ensuring it remains crack-free. You need at least 120 degrees Celsius to melt HDPE, conditions not normally encountered in most domestic outdoor situations.👍 The liner is flexible and can be bent into shape easily, so forming a pond is relatively easy with a well-prepared hole in the ground. Importantly, the liner is pollutant-free, posing no harm to plants or fish.👍 HDPE is the same plastic that milk bottles and children’s plastic outdoor toys are made from, and as such, it has excellent recycling qualities, and after use, it can be reformed into other items once cleaned. If you use this liner to create a pond or other ornamental feature, the offcuts can be recycled.⭐ The following I didn’t like so much:👎 I measured the liner to be slightly thicker than the specified tenth of a millimetre at 0.15mm. However, this gauge is thinner than I would have expected from a pond liner that has to be durable. It really needs to be at least 1/3 mm thick, so this liner is not heavy duty by any means. I also think that it should be cheaper as a result compared to other products on the market or supplied in a larger size to be cost effective.👎 There is no mention of the length of any guarantee with the product. This is particularly important with a product that requires a long life in situ without any degradation in performance. UV resistance is mentioned, but this is always in relation to the lifespan of the product and hence the needed guarantee.🐟 I would take the ease with which the product illustration establishes the pond as artistic licence, and it takes considerable effort to create a pond, and it really should be sand-lined, particularly as the liner is a little thin. I would use this liner in situations where maintenance can be made, such as a waterfall or stream liner leading to a pool. ⚖️

Weather protection

Heavy duty waterproof tarpaulin, 2x3m size. The Tarpaulin is very good for making waterproof ornamental ponds for frogs, fish, etc. It can also be placed on the surface of ground, place several bricks to hold in place. After a few weeks, this will eradicate the grass, weeds, and other Flora so the area can be dug, soil turned, to plant a flower or Herb garden. The tarp blocks sunlight so no chemicals have to be used on the area of soil.The tarp is also a very useful size to park car when doing any maintenance so no oils, or other fluids spill on ground or concrete etc.It is light and convenient and could have all or part of used on beach sand when at the coast. It could also be used on ground to display goods at carboot sales.It genuinely has 1001 different uses.
