The first one came with a small flaw in the front corner of the wood, so after some negotiating, the seller agreed to replace it. The replacement arrived yesterday and I and the recipient of the gift are very pleased with it.

Got one of these for my wife at her new position. Then We ordered one for our friend who just was elected Sheriff in our County. The items are TOP NOTCH quality. we just had issues with timing and shipping on the second one. I paid for EXPRESS shipping it didnt come that way.

If you order this item, understand that no one is checking to make sure the item is spelled correctly, and there’s NO verification process. Mine arrived misspelled, and I was told by the seller to suck it up and buy another 45 dollar item. Not even a return and discounted replacement offered! Went with a more reliable seller in the end. I suggest others do the same.- Out $45 Bucks
