I use these every day now. The only issue I have is that the spring loaded finger trainer had one part broken. Wasn’t great to begin with so I didn’t contact seller. The rest is durable and works well.

Only the forearm gripper appears to be useful. Will see how long it lasts. The finger stretcher broke in less than a week. The finger exerciser is useless as it barely offers any resistance. The grip strength rings are too soft.

I’ve wanted to focus on building my forearms and this set certainly offers some versatility in that area! I have gotten the most use out of the large rubber rings and the typical grip strength device (see video for the grip device), which can both easily be a part of a multitasking afternoon. There is also a hand-held device which can work each individual finger’s strength and then the gray and black individual finger stretch device with a strap that Velcro’s around your wrist. I’d say the kit is well worth the price, and I’m excited to gain some forearm size and strength!! 💪🏼💪🏼
