Came in next day, fully charged. Could immediately activate and hear very clearly. Had some trouble hooking up to phone but finally figured it out. Still haven’t been able to activate the Royal Phone program yet. It may be my phone, but I think I can answer calls and listen to phone apps.

This is a follow up. I have used these about four months. Their no tube shape is unusual and while some find them large, they are easy to put in and donor fall out easily. If you drop them they are easy to find. Very comfortable.I must have tried every OTC hearing aid but these really work. Without, my TV volume is 100, with aids is 35 and clarity is very good. No bells and whistles but no squeal, none! . Marked improvement in my hearing at a very good price for the black. Very satisfied— finally.

Considering the price, it's rather impressive for the value. This device takes the sound coming in from what I assume are the noise cancellation mics and amplifies them. The sound is louder but not sure if that translates to helping someone who needs hearing assistance to hear better. Thus, it may mean someone will need to spend more money to find a better device if they are looking for a hearing aid.I think the biggest disappointment is that there are not more controls over what these devices can do, like you can configure with the Apple airpods. It would be nice if you can find tune which frequencies are amplified and if there is a maximum volume which will be amplified in order not to damage your hearing even further.My use case was to have my 92-year old mom wear these. She's not at the level yet where she needs a hearing aid, but she has been complaining about not understanding/hearing the TV well enough, so I was looking at ways to amplify the sound. Since she watches TV a lot, I opted for a bluetooth speaker (not these) to be near where she sits. Since these support bluetooth as well, I could have the TV output the sound directly to these, but since she also likes to lie down in bed, I opted for bluetooth speakers with which she doesn't have to worry about putting on or taking off. Despite the limitations of these, I will probably not return these as they may be useful in the future.

Simply amazing. The quality of these hearing aids is magnificent. I can hear a pin drop. I am really impressed with these. The sound quality for the music is excellent, but I mostly bought them for the hearing aid feature which did not disappoint. The clarity and range of sounds I can hear is astounding. I also appreciate the fact that you can adjust the volume for each hearing aid separately as my hearing is worse in one ear than the other which is the case for most of us and why traditional headphones are not all that good for the hearing part and are just for music. They paired super easy. The battery lasts about 18 hours which is more than enough since I've mainly used them as hearing aids. I have used them for music purposes and it drains the battery a little faster but not by much. I also love the fact that they can be adjusted depending on your surroundings. Like for places with a lot of background noise that you need to isolate those types of noises to be able to concentrate on your actual conversations. If you have trouble hearing the TV or phone conversations but can't afford those pricy ones that are tailored to your hearing loss, these are a great alternative. And even if you do have your hearing aids, these are a really good alternative to have as a backup option. I highly recommend these.
