Samsung are just the best
The media could not be loaded. I have bought this a year ago with Amazon paid monthly, and it was great, delivered on time, as expected with Amazon, Is functionality is just amazing, I can put up to 9 kg of clothes, and in 3 hours my clothes are dry, just need to fold as they are still warm, doesn’t make hardly any noise but that is a Samsung, this has save me a lot of time and place, no more hanging clothes all over around the flat, I do easily three machines per week, and still perfect from the first time. Buy it you won’t know yourself. Good value for money.

Great tumble drier
Okay so it’s been two years since I bought this tumble drier. It was bought as a replacement as my other broke. It’s a decent machine, large load capacity was my main reason choosing this and the AI drying feature (and it matches my washing machine). Still going strong with zero issues. You have to empty the water every 3-5 washes which takes 30 seconds (the walk to the sink is the hardest part of this), occasionally it screams about its filter being clogged (not the inside fluff you get but the bit on the bottom left) takes 30 seconds to open the latch and it’s usually the tiniest bit of wet fluff that has set it off (I use a dryer sheet to wipe it as it’s grated and annoying to brush off considering your lying on the floor) and then it’s happy for a few months. The shoes holder is genius but I rarely use it. It makes jingle noises when done or you can silence it. While drying it’s quiet, doesn’t disturb my daily life, build quality is decent as it’s two years old now. 9/10 (the ‘filter’ with no fluff but detects fluff occasionally is annoying)

It's a very good machine.
This dryer was my first heat pump appliance. I have always had vented dryers so this is my comparisons and experience after a months use.First it's well packed and protected. It's very heavy in comparison (vented), drying times are about 5 mins past a vented dryer and sometimes faster. Noise is about the same. On first use we tried it with the internal water tank, with a well spun load of 4 bath towels it filled the water tank/draw about a third, it's easy enough to empty just pull the draw out completely and poor down the sink. The draw is about 10cm deep and runs from the front of the machine to the rear. If you have any strength/mobility issues consider plumbing it in.Plumbing it in is easy enough, you just pull out the pipe at the rear and either lay it over the sinks side or plumb into the sink drain.To date this is using about a third of the electricity of the vented one which is superb. The wifi I thought would be a gimmick but it's has a certain functionality, text when finished, program selection etc. It's simple to connect to and if it helps as follows. Download the Samsung smart things app, turn on dryers wifi, find dryer WiFi on your phones router selection and connect (password in manual), using the app connect your dryer to your router, all done.My only negative is the door reversal, there is no instructions in the manual for this, you can find on samsungs site after a bit of digging and there are you tube videos showing how.I would definately buy another.

Cost saving
Reviewing a year later to say what a fantastic life saver this tumble dryer has been. I no longer worry about the weather as I can do my washing anytime and know it will be dried by the end of the day. I also checked the cost of drying a mixed load and it was pennies. On starting the drying cycle it usually says 3hrs but always ends within the hour. It is not only a smart looking machine (it matches my Samsung washing machine) but extremely efficient and cost saving with its heat pump technology. I have it in the kitchen and no heat is ever emitted whilst drying.

Samsung A+++ tumble dryer.
Amazing tumble dryer, really quiet and dries really quickly, the auto sensor is very good. The water bottle is located at the top of the dryer and is easy to empty and the double filter catches most of the lint without it going to the heat exchanger. It tells you every month when to clean the exchanger and that's really easy. Much easier than a condenser tumble dryer.The down side is the cost, but the savings made in electricity will eventually pay for the purchase.

Good machine, bad delivery
Very good machine though I have nothing to compare too. Easy to use, cheap to run, clothes come out dry.It's a shame the delivery service is not so pleasing, first they say delivery on Friday, then it's Monday then Tuesday, supposed to get a call when they are near, instead they just rock up unannounced bellowing through the windows, couldn't even be bothered ringing the door bell. Not sure I'd buy another large appliance from amazon.

DO NOT BUY!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs unless you want your clothes damaged. Anything with strings, tassels or buttons will eventually get caught in the filter whilst going round because the gaps are too big. They then either spin that many times that the strings look knackered or they tear the strings off or damage the clothes. There are multiple forums online about this issue but the product still gets sold! Damaged too many clothes to list now and only had the dryer 6 months! Avoid!

Still getting used to it.
Had this dryer for a week or so. I haven't had time to try the majority of settings but it's drying my laundry, takes a little longer but costing a lot less. It has a built (via the app) energy monitoring which shows how much energy is used and keeps a track for daily/weekly/monthly usage. You can set the price you pay per kWh to get an accurate reading.The downside of the app, so far, is that whilst the drying cycle can be set using the app, their is no option to start the cycle via the app. It can only be started by going to the machine and pressing the start/pause button. Same with turning the dryer off.I may find a setting for turning the dryer on/off later and I will update accordingly.So far, the dryer is a good purchase. A bit expensive but it comes with 5 years parts AND labour warranty - once registered on Samsung website.
