Murray's Yellow Beeswax, 4 Ounce (Pack of 3)

I have been using this particular Murray's product for about the last year, and I absolutely love it. Here are some objective review items that will help you when you make your decision to buy: -The packaging is misleading. It is made WITH 100% Pure Beeswax, but the main ingredient is Petrolatum. It's like Mountain Dew's Throwback is made with 100% real sugar, even though the main ingredient is carbonated water. -It smells sweet, not like a chemically enhanced perfume men's product by Unilever. You may not like it, but both I and my wife (the important part) like it a lot. -It works best on short hair. Once you get longer hair, switch to a pomade or gel. This is my go to when I first get my hair cut short (Wahl size 6 comb) and it offers a superb style. As your hair gets longer, you'll notice a loss in staying power. -It is hard to get out, yes. I am a bit of a hippie when it comes to washing my hair daily (I am more of a every other day person). I have found that the second day of leaving it in my hair during my shower, it actually styles better than day one. If you are a wear and wash everyday person, may not be the best option for you. -It is AMAZING right after a haircut. In the past it takes about a week for my hair to calm down after a haircut. My hair feels awesome after day one. -Use it when it's warm. With the beeswax it can be a challenge to apply when it's cold (Idaho winter, for example). -Don't use a lot. It only takes a smidgen to really get the hold. Hope that help's all you folks looking!

My husband has been using this for years. It goes a long way and does the job at a superior level. There are not a lot of unnecessary ingredients and the hold is fantastic.

Guys….WHY? My husband ordered this and keeps ordering it. He’s used it for years. It is disgusting. It’s slimy and gross and it leaves spots on furniture and pillows. Why does anyone use this?? If you successfully got your spouse to stop using it, please report back. I can’t stand touching his hair so I don’t. Is he doing it wrong?? What is happening here? This wife is dissatisfied. If your lady likes touching your hair, don’t use this. If you like your lady to touch your hair, don’t use this. Do not use this. Don’t use it and lay on leather or suede furniture and wash it out every single night or four pillows will look disgusting fast. I might start cancelling the orders on here when I see he placed another one! Lol

We did not use this for hair care. We used it as part of a foot care balm for our dogs. It works very well.
