My original remote was damaged by leaking batteries while i was out of town for a couple months. I was shocked to learn an OEM replacement was $150 up to $200. So I decided to take a chance on this Chinese knock off. It works perfectly. Right out of the box it linked up. It actually is better than the factory original.

The remote is fully functional for my washlet's features. However, the wall mount is for a larger remote and infrared signal is not as strong as original remote. I like to push the buttons while the remote is on the wall. With this mount, you have to take the remote out of the mount to operate and, due to weaker infrared signal (smaller batteries than original remote), it doesn't work when you point the remote away from washlet (the normal direction while sitting on washlet...). If it weren't for the shortfalls I listed above, I would have rated this item with 5-stars.Update: another issue, I found that I cannot perform the wand sanitizing feature, which worked with original remote, demoted more...

Some functions don’t work like wand cleaning

It has all of the features a person might have on their Washlet and I do not, but meets my needs perfectly. Fat fingertips may have trouble, but I use my fingernails to press the tiny buttons.
