an exceptional bike, gives a high performance workout
It took me almost four hours to assemble the bike. Most of the bike is preassembled, which makes for heavy sections, the bike feels like it's made of solid iron bike. Manipulating parts while aligning bolts and washers and nuts, let's just say that putting the bike together is a two-person job. The parts and hardware are neatly packaged so even someone like me with limited mechanical skills can find everything. The instructions are clear. It was fulfilling working with what was no more to me than a heap of metal parts offering no visual clue of the finished product and seeing the bike come together, finally assembled. I did that, what a feeling of accomplishment.Fatigued, I should've gone to bed and waited until morning before putting the metal beast through its paces. Nothing worked like it should have, I'll spare you the details. This morning I approached the bike after a walk. As clear as assembly instructions are, there's nothing showing how to use the thing. Maybe the packers forgot to include that instruction manual in the box i received. Anyway, much of what you need to know is on the Amazon product page. What makes this sturdy piece of equipment pleasurable to use is the larger than usual very comfortable seat. As a bike you can operate from a low riding reclining position or an upright position. In the upright position, you can pull on the handlebars, the front of bike will slide forward, the tension depending on your strength, for a great upper body and shoulder workout. When I stopped overthinking, I figure out what the product description meant by a squat assist. Simple. Straddle the bike, while standing grip the handlebars and squat to the seat or, for a more intense thigh workout, stop your squats just above the seat, your balance will be maintained by holding the handlebars.I almost forgot. A tip for putting the straps on the foot pedals. Push and snap them in place instead of wriggling the end points. Enjoy your workout.

Manual very confusing
Once I gave up on the manual. I simply looked at a picture of it, put together and working. Once I did that putting it together, took me about 45 minutes. That, of course, was after packing the unit separating out all the parts and struggling with the manual for a good half hour or so. I wound up using the manual to make sure I use the right screws in the right parts. Otherwise, once it was put together I found it to be very sturdy and easy to use. If the company offered a video link of how to put it together, that would probably remove a lot of frustration for people that purchase this.I did notice it took some people multiple hours to get it together And I am convinced that would’ve been me had I relied on the manual. If the manual had been user-friendly and easy to read, I’ve given this five stars because the unit does work as advertised. Though It’s only been about two hours that it’s been together.

The seat bar
The seat bar isn't sturdy, feels like it will come off that's the only problem I think I have so far which is a big problem.

Disappointingly Unstable
I like that the bike is generally quiet and that it has a lift function to it to add some upper body workout while cycling. This thing is so wobbly that I'm afraid it is going to break while using it or tip over to the left or right. All of the bolts are tightened but it looks like the way the frame is designed it has too much give to the left and right.

awesome workout machine for home!
If you're first looking at the assembly guide, it looks pretty daunting especially at the exploded diagram. The screws are organized and labeled neatly and I can see they attempted to simplify it as best they can. But let's be real, this bike is a pain in the rear to assemble. I sort of think the assembly is far more than what an average person would want. To sum up the entire experience with the bike machine - I do think it's worth it. And once you get into the groove of putting it together, it's not so bad. The machine is quite similar to the gym bikes only the seat adjustment isn't easy like the gym bikes (which are similar to car seat adjustment handles) To move the seat forward or back (depending on your height), you make the adjustment at the bottom of the seat through a lock knob, so it's manual). So it is not flexible and you'll want to make sure you get the correct distance because it's a hassle to adjust the seat distance.I do think the base could be longer lengthwise because if you're moving left and right (for whatever reason you're doing that while seated like me who can't sometimes sit still), it could potentially tip over if you're leaning far towards either direction. Other than that, I think it's an awesome machine for working out. It also has the tension resistance knob in the center if you want a more intense workout. The seat is very comfortable and it's so easy to work out on, sit, pedal and watch your netflix shows!

Seanleecore Indoor Recumbent Exercise Bike and Squat Assist
I'm doing that whole new year, new me thing, so bare with me.This little beauty fills several roles in my new home gym and I'm super happy I decided to pick it up and add it to my new home gym setup. It works my legs as well as my abs, glutes, and arms. It's an overall workout that hits several of my key points and provides me an alternative to a treadmill for cardio stimulation. It works awesome and I don't think it's going to fall apart anytime soon, at least not at the level of use it's going to get from me.It was a challenge to assemble. But I am also a tiny female who doesn't have much upper body strength... yet. That's what I need this machine for, right?! It took me more hours than I'd care to admit to get this together, and I put parts together wrong several times and had to take it back apart. Not for lack of clear instructions... I'm just not great at this kind of thing. But it would definitely benefit from being a two man job for sure. Set aside some time to work on it when it arrives. Maybe put on a movie. It's going to take at least that long to get it together. But it'll be worth it, I promise!
