I got these pencil pouches to carry my art pencils and pens when I am traveling. I don’t take a very large array of pencils with me, so these pouches are a good size. And the clear window allows me to be relaxed about ‘what I store where’, because I can see everything in each pouch. The zipper works well, and has held up to several weeks of regular use. The pouches are configured to be used with a three ringed binder system, which is technology I no longer use. That said, the holes are well re-inforced, and I use the end one to attach to metal ring which allows me to keep all the pouches bundled together. These pouches are well made, and worth the money.

I have been looking for little pouches like this for travel and these completely fit the bill. I like to travel with a bunch of small activities to keep the kids busy on the road and it’s so much easier if each one can stay self-contained in a pouch. These are great because you can see inside without opening them. I’m not using them in a binder, but it’s nice to have that option. I got the pink and gray, but you could even color code by activity type if you had a lot of different stuff. They are sturdy but not bulky and a nice almost 8x10 size so they can hold quite a bit. Definitely considering getting more for the next road trip.

Pencil holder seems well made. I'm just disappointed that the grommets aren't lined up properly, which doesn't allow the pencil holder to sit straight in my binder. My OCD doesn't like this! 😆 Hopefully this one was just a fluke that slipped by quality control. 🤔
