I got this specific cane sugar syrup because it says it came with a pump but mine didnt. How do i contact them and have them send me my pump?

Mine came with the pump but i cant get it screwed on to the bottle?

Mine did as well. They sent me the pump for the 1L bottle. It will not fit this bottle.

Does it say it needs to be refrigerated after opening? All of the simple syrups I have found locally say to refrigerate after opening.

I have purchased this syrup and pump many. A bottle lasts about 2 months in my family. I do not refrigerate it and it has never been a problem. It remains room temperature in my kitchen.
