I tried taking this chewable enzyme tablet after a meal, but it seemed less effective depending on the type of protein that I ate and sometimes resulting in indigestion or heartburn. These are easy to take since they are chewable with peppermint fruity taste and one tablet before each meal works fine for me. The Papaya Gold is priced a bit on the high side but the ingredient is of organic nature and they seem to work in most situations except it doesn't work for me with my consumption of dairy products.
