I love that everything is all in one box, so far it has been working very well in my little pond but it's only about three weeks running. I had an algae bloom and was pretty upset but pond store said it had to cycle itself, just added algae remover two times and water is nice and clear. I will update at end of season.

We have a quirky outdoor pond that is situated in the middle of our house. Hello 1987! When we remodeled the home a few years ago we re-did the siding, windows and uncovered a rock water feature in the pond that had been covered in filth and vegetation. The pond was cleaned and left to figure out later and Covid happened and the pond guy cancelled and it filled with rain water and plant debris for the last few years since.Our neighbors gifted us two large Koi to put into the pond and dumped them into the dirty water. It was fine for a few months but eventually got to where we couldn't even see them. Yuck! Stinky, dirty water and no fish to view.I ran the water feature daily but that seemed to make it worse! So on a whim I bought this pump and crossed my fingers. It's only been 2 weeks and I run it for about 12 hours a day right now and unplug at night.The pond went from FILTHY to almost clear already!!! There is some algae vegetation that we will need to scrape out but this is a miracle fix!I did start taking it out at night and cleaning the entire thing as it was absolutely filled with yucky gunk each night. I used a Lowe's bucket and unscrewed the top tube and drop it in, take it to the sink and disassemble (easy once you unscrew the top attachment and pop open the sides) and give everything a good rinse. Now I am only doing it every few days but same results.We are going to have an outlet put into the atrium as right now we run the cord through into the house which isn't ideal. Wanted to make sure it worked before paying the electrician though.Since there weren't many reviews that went deep into how it works and if it can clean a REALLY BAD pond I thought I would put this info out there. It's tough to get photos with all the reflection on our pond but I will share some pics of our fish. Photos are #1-fish dropped off in dirty pond, #2-pond too dirty a few months later to even see fish, #3-this pump put into pond day 1, #4 day 7 water clearer (don't mind fish food in pic), #5 day 10 fish very visible and just junk on bottom of pond left to clear out!

In 50 hours this filter made my green, murky pond crystal clear. I opted out of the fountain attachment and just use it to filter and aerate. I use a separate pump for a waterfall. So far, it’s a great product.

There are many different styles.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this fountain for our small pond and so glad we did. As you can see in video the fountain works great, moving the water and clearing the surface weeds. The filter also helps with keeping water clearer

Pretty advanced filtration system. Uses bio box and UV lamp. The only drawback is the company does not sell the replacement bulb for UV lamp. I could not find a bulb shopping locally. The company stood good for the damaged bulb.
