Included are enough different shapes and sizes of castor oil packs to cover many different body parts. The round ones are about 9.25” in diameter, which is larger than I thought they would be. This is slightly less than the width of the heatable pack. The size ratios are not correctly illustrated in the product photo.MATERIALS AND STRUCTURE:The material on the outside of the pack is a light flesh tone and feels smooth to the touch. It’s slightly stretchy. The underside is a soft white flannel. I tested to see if water would seep through from the white side to the flesh colored side and it did not. The white velcro straps seem to be more on the cheap side, feeling a bit rough, and may irritate sensitive skin, but they work very well. The eye mask pack has an adjustable band, which seems to be made of shoelace material. There is no elastic in it. All of the packs are flexible and appear to be sewn well. The heatable pack has a zippered compartment that you can open to put the extra piece of flannel material. It also can hold a battery pack, however there isn’t a pocket or separation inside to hold it, so it could move around inside.HEATABLE PACK USAGE:The only instructions included are for the heatable pack. It should be washed before use. After connecting to a power supply (not included) with the included USB cable, a long push of the power button turns it on. Subsequent short pushes change the heat levels, of which there are three. The heating element seems to only cover about a 5” x 7” area in the center of the pack.UH OH:Unfortunately I think there is something wrong with my heatable pack. After a long press to turn the power on, the button glows red, but extremely lightly. In daylight it’s hard to even see what color it is or if it’s even on. The blue and green lights shine brightly and flash. Are they supposed to? I don’t know. The instructions say nothing about this. Maybe mine is defective. The pack also only gets slightly warm on each setting without much of a noticeable difference in temperature.THE MESH BAG/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:The instructions imply that all of the packs are washable, but the heatable one should be placed in the mesh bag before washing. The product page photos show the liner in the mesh bag being thrown into a washing machine. Maybe it’s best to put them all in the mesh bag. There are no specific washing instructions as far as what detergent to use or what temperature to wash the packs with. There are also no drying instructions. I think the mesh bag is good for storing all the packs when not in use.FINAL THOUGHTS:I think these are nice castor oil packs, but I am disappointed in the heatable pack. Mine doesn’t get warm enough and does not seem to function properly. It can still be used, though. It’s nice that a mesh bag is included. I wish there were additional washing instructions. I unfortunately need to give this a 3 star rating. If the heating pack worked, I’d give it 4 stars.

I have used several different type of castor oil packs over the years. This set does a great job of fitting several different sized people (15-45 inches, measure in line of your navel). Included 1m USB type C cable or use your own power bank to power this electronic heating castor oil pack. There are three different levels of heat to choose from with this wrap set. I found this pack easy to use and it has several different pads to use on several parts of your body. I also liked that this set can be used as just a heating pad or you can use castor oil with the heat. This is a well made, versatile wrap set. This would make a great gift for family or friends.
