This works great. But. Directions.. not really. Get familiar with the machine. It does have a diagram on how to take apart. Do that BEFORE you use it. Also, order so good pipe cleaners. Not the cheapy craft kind. You will want these to clean it ! I make body butter and this works great for filling all size of jars! I was concerned it wouldn't push it through, but it does. If you put the little dial so the arrow is at the bottom it allows the opening to be larger. This works for thicker products. When you take apart to clean. Use caution and the metal plunger has 2 rings. 1 is plastic and 1 is metal. It can be easy to lose if you are not paying attention, so don't do this at your sink! There is a spring that goes around a rod in the piece that faces towards you. That comes conpletly out for cleaning and that's where you will need the pipe cleaners!

This thing is a beast! When I first saw the UPS guy walking up the drive with a package over his shoulder, I thought, oh....my.....it is bigger than I thought. And it is. I didn't translate 10 ML to 2+ gallons. The funnel at the top is bigger than my head. I finally got the chance to use it today to dispense some lotions. It works fast and easy. It wasn't too hard to dismantle to clean although getting it over to the sink was a little awkward. But honestly, if you make skin care products, or something similar, it is a good investment. I wish I had known about it when I was selling honey and had to dispense it into small jars.

Bought months ago, finally opened it and it doesn’t work. Nothing releases. Can’t get a refund nor return due to it being over the alotted time. Waste of money. Don’t buy unless you plan on using it asap to see if it works.

Help! Am I Doing Something Wrong? I purchased this filling machine to help fill containers with my homemade whipped body cream, but so far I have had a very disappointing experience. I started with a small batch to test the machine. It took multiple pumps of the handle before any product came out. When the cream finally dispensed into my 2 oz container, it did not come out smoothly. Instead, it splattered and made a mess around the container rather than filling it neatly. I was expecting a smoother, more consistent flow, especially for thick products like whipped creams and body butters. At this point, I'm not sure if I'm using the machine incorrectly or if it simply isn't designed for products with this texture. If there is a specific setup or adjustment I'm missing, I would appreciate some guidance. Based on my experience so far, I would give this product 1 star.

Good purchase, early issues with the set up to use first time but a little DIY and contact with Velor sorted this out for my daughter to use. Only give 4 stars as thee handy booklet does not have enough information to do troubleshoot with the initial problem of first use. Since daughter manage to fix the issue herself in the end and its working, no issues so far, price was a bit high but so is everything out there now to buy.

Le remplissage de flacons de 10 ml est trop complexe. Le débit est trop fort, le liquide ressort en jet du flacon. Si l'on réduit la force de poussée de la manette, alors la quantité de remplissage n'est plus exacte. La manette de réglage de la quantité de remplissage n'est pas très précise et son déplacement aléatoire.
