This multivitamin is all you can ask for and more. I have Hashimotos/PCOS/MTHFR mutation/IBS so I have done a lot of research to find the best options on the market. Amy Myers has created the real deal and I have been reaping the benefits ever since Day 1. A lot of my symptoms associated with high androgens and an underactive thyroid (dry hair, brittle nails, thinning hair, digestive complaint, dry skin) have GREATLY improved. Only caution I have is take this supplement with food - it is quite potent and I have noticed I can get nauseous when taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Amazing product and all Amy has to offer is top notch! Highly recommend her book and program, as well. Thank you very much, I am so grateful.
