Seems to work
Taste: it’s kinda yeasty but that’s to be expectedQuality of legendairy brewers yeast seems to be on point, it mixes with a little effort into drinks though I don’t recommend that route of delivery…Smell: I don’t recommend smelling it excessively but I don’t have to plug my nose like many brandsPerformance seems to be on point, I’ve seen an increase in my supply I thinkGood value and I wouldn’t recommend buying one that hasn’t been debittered because whew yuck to thatThe texture isn’t bad if you find the right route to take it, I tried it in overnight oats and letting it sit overnight was a terrible idea, in hindsight that seems obvious but I was tired the night I started the oats… but I could still stomach eating them but won’t do that again… I don’t recommend mixing it in a full drink, it wouldn’t be a pleasurable experience for the texture or taste but making in a small amount you could shoot it back and chase it with an electrolyte drink…. I want to try it in pancakes because I feel like that’s where it’s sweet spot probably is…Will I buy it again: absolutelyIt’s probably the absolute best quality, texture, taste, smell, and performance of any brand out there… so good job Legendairy! I would recommend starting at half serving for a few days, it did make me feel slightly bloated while adjusting to it. The bag will be smaller than you’d expect, but it goes a long way. This isn’t one supplement I’d skimp on price especially if you have a stood gag reflex.

IT WORKS
This stuff works well and it works FAST. I was pumping about 1oz total from both sides after feeding my baby and within one day I was waking up soaked amd pumped 5oz AFTER feeding my little one. This stuff is amazing. I mix it in with my oatmeal and dont taste a thing!

Tastes fine, increases some milk
The taste is fine not sure why folks think the taste is bad. I tried it 2 different ways, once in my hot oatmeal with dates and honey the second just a cup of boiled hot water and honey (like tea). I did see some milk increase the next day but I’ll have to check back to see if it was something that day or the product itself. About an extra 2 oz. 4 stars because it is hard to mix into the water, takes a lot of stirring.

OK product
I am not sure about this product! I have used it about 3 weeks and don’t see much of a difference in my supply. The taste isn’t horrible- I usually mix it with orange juice, apple juice, or in a smoothie. I didn’t love the taste of it in oatmeal, and it was easy for me to drink it quickly. I do like the vitamins in this, just didn’t see much difference in my milk supply, which is why I was taking it. It dissolves OK- we have to stir pretty vigorously and I still get some chunks here and there.

Increased supply, yummy in bone broth
I’ve been using the recommended one tablespoon a day for a few weeks now and have definitely noticed an uptick in milk volume. I’ve steadily been getting an extra couple of ounces each pump which is just what I needed. The flavor is just fine if you mix it with something complimentary. It obviously has a very bready, beer-like flavor like you would expect, so adding it to something like a fruit smoothie is not the best idea. I’ve found my favorite way to take it is in a cup of bone broth. The yeast dissolves best in warm/hot liquids and it tastes really good in bone broth, plus you get the extra protein and nutrition from the broth. Definitely will be ordering more.
