PERFECT scooter choice for those with invisible disabilities that effect mobility
I am very pleased with this scooter. It has given me independence back and allowed me to get outdoors more. I have an invisible disability that affects my mobility at times and ability to be standing for long periods of time. It allows me to go outside, into stores, without worrying about a medical situation that prevents me from walking safely. My service dog is also very comfortable around the scooter so we are able to go for longer walks and outings. I now can leave my house further than I was able to go, without needing to plan in advance in case I have a medical episode. It’s very reliable, I have never had it malfunction on me and it’s gotten a good bit of use over the last 2 weeks. The pros:Folds down and is collapsible, no pieces need removed except for the basket (which is very easy)Easy to maneuver when not in the seat if someone else needs to move it, there is a walking modeHandles underneath the scooter making it as easy as possible to put into a car trunkThe basket holds 8 pounds, can easily toss whatever you need in there like keys, water bottle, hand sanitizer, etc.Long distance, it states it goes up to 25 miles, but I have not tested it that farYou can use either trigger pull to make it move, using your left or right hand, making this ideal for those with disabilities that can affect one side of the body if you ever need to switch hands to operate the leverLong battery life— Like really long!!!Bright headlight- no worries about no one seeing me at night/when it’s dark outside.Relatively lightweight for what this product is. It can be put into the back of an SUV and the handles underneath make the transition smoother.3 speed settings and very easy to control with the lever. The scooter goes up to 6MPH and can also go as slow as needed as well. The dial on the scooter makes it easy to change speed control.Armrests can move up and downCompact, no issue maneuvering in stores when neededThe volume on the scooter can be turned down to a low volume, or it can be turned off completelyI keep it on the lowest volume setting as it warns people when you are backing up.Very durable, it seems. I will update as I continue to use it, I did manage to attach a backpack to the back which the Glashow Mobility Scooter tech representative told me i could if i could figure out how, it would just add weight and potentially slow the scooter down if it had a lot of weight, but I have not noticed any issues with thatGreat customer service from Glashow, real people, who can answer your questions in real time during the week when their hours are open.I also like that it’s sleek, and as a young person, I don’t feel quite as awkward using a mobility aid.The cons:The tires require inflation and maintenance which requires you to purchase something to inflate the tires with, that being said, I’ve gone over some very uneven outside without an issue*Could* be damaged by nails on ground if you come across anyThe tires squeak when you turn insideThe wheel is a bit hard to turnNowhere to hang a backpackTakes a while to charge if the battery is drained, but that’s not a huge concern for me since I plug it in overnightNeed somewhere to buy a custom seat cover to keep it niceNeeds a light option on the back of the scooterNeeds more places where you can attach things like a water bottle holder, or a purse on the side, as a lot of people with disabilities do need somewhere to have quick access to a medical bagI have no complaints, just suggestions on how to better the device if it were ever updated.

OMG... Freedom
Holy smokes, is this scooter nice. With the removable battery, it is easy to lift into my vehicle. Well-made and powerful with two methods of charging and four speeds for up to 25 miles. Not to mention, the thing plain looks good to. I'm tired of going to the store, and the store-provided carts are either charging, discharged, or will die in the middle of the store. With this baby all those problems go away. One flaw: the basket is too small for picking up more than a few groceries, but I created a solution allowing me to shop until I drop. It is a great mobility cart.

Excellent but needs to fold flatter.
Great scooter. Excellent battery life, good speed and range. My only disappointment is that it doesn't fit in the trunk of my car. It just doesn't fold as flat as it could with a little bit more thought put into the design. If you have a minivan, SUV or hatchback, it would be a wonderful purchase for you.

Getting my mom back
I got this scooter for my mom to use because she has a hard time walking any distance so we don’t get to run errands together like we use to. With this scooter we can now go as much as we want. It was so easy to assemble and we were ready to go. It’s the perfect size for most people and I like that it folds up and it’s not very heavy so I can place it inside my car and not have to have one of the carriers on the back of my car. It has 3 different speeds for any situation and the battery last a long time. This scooter is a great value for the money!

Lets an older relative keep going
This is a terrific scooter for elderly people. We got it to reduce the effort for my older family member to get around. Works as intended. Three different speeds, reverse, and walking mode and is extremely portable. Keeps a battery charge for a very long time. Navigates small steps, curbs and door thresholds with no problem. Parks against the wall in the house or folds up. Nice pleather seat and traction on the footpad. Basket to hold mail or shopping items. Short turning radius. Lights for low light conditions. Even works for walks in our hilly neighborhood!

Wanted to love it but
I wanted to love this scooter. It's lightweight and compact. But it is not tall and thicker people friendly. My feet were too big for the foot rest, my knees hit the handle, the seat is small. Take it from me, if you enjoy space with your scooter this isn't the one for you. But if you're smaller and shorter I recommend.

Great Mobility Scooter
Fantastic scooter. Folds neatly for storage, works on coarse gravel driveway as well as fairly rough terrain. My only caveats are it is a bit heavy at 70 lbs. to lift into a vehicle by myself and there is a steel bumper that protrudes between the front wheels that prevents driving over abrupt changes in terrain, I.E. thresholds greater than 2 inches or so. I expect this is to prevent the possibility of tipping the scooter over backwards. To solve the loading issue, I purchased some ramps that allow me to easily load it in a pickup truck. One can also overcome abrupt changes in height by using small blocks, one for each wheel with a gap in between them to allow the scooter to climb over the change in height without the steel bumper preventing motion. There is also an irritating warning message when backing up. This was very easy for me to overcome simply by removing the screws from the bottom of the control/display unit and unplugging the speaker wire plug from the circuit board. Note, this also disables the horn. All in all, a very well designed and manufactured product. Runs a long time on a charge too.

GREAT scooter
I love this scooter ! My husband bought this for me after I had a mini stroke. its easy to operate. It did scare me because at first I didn't know it talked while reversing and beeps while going in reverse .It has a horn and a headlight . The handle folds down . I can't lift it but Im still trying to get my strength back. it also comes with a basket .it has a control that you can chose for speed and to push if need be ( a walk option for someone to push if battery dies-i never needed that because a charge lasts for along time). I highly recommend !
