It is always a good idea to perform maintenance on all of your tools. The quality of these filters is good. Materials used are NOT cheap and flimsy.So why only 4 stars. I felt that even though the fit was good and the quality good also, there was still a little room for improvement compared to the OEM products.I would still recommend this filter because it works good and fits tight enough to keep the dust out of my lawnmower engine. The price is also nice.

Perfect fit for my mower. Great price and very important for a mower tune up. The wife put Kerosene oil in the mower, so I needed to purge the oil and replace the filter. This fit perfectly and helped me to recondition the mower and it was quickly back in action.
