Bulky plugs, but the modest footprint helps... I was looking for a small footprint. In this arena, there aren't many choices, and most are very bulky but not built any better or stronger.

Product was easy to install and replaced a plug that broke. It is a good value for the two we got.

High quality plus with sturdy hardware to make the electrical connections. Does not look like those clumsy, bulky replacements you generally see. My application was for a powered awning I needed to remove 15 feet of cord from. The plug would be in plain view under the soffit so I wanted it not to stick out. The small hole the cord enters the plug was just a bit larger. I used the same color of silicone sealer to make it water resistant.

Works great. Different installation set up so I had to read instructions. But seems like it will keep the wire connected. I like it.

These plugs should be recalled. The screws that connect to the wires are small, and the screw for the hot wire is not colored gold as it should be. (Hot and neutral screws are the same color silver.) Further, the neutral prong is no wider than the hot prong. The only label for which wire goes where is a small "W" for the neutral and a "Z" for the hot. The only problem is the "Z" looks like an "N" at a different angle (N for neutral), making it extremely easy for a novice to wire the plug wrong. And with the tiny screws and contacts, I don't know if I would trust this plug on a 14 gauge wire.

This is a quality product that is simple to use. Replaced my block heater plug with this worked very well. I do appreciate the online instructions as well. Got it correct the first time.
