Soft yoga ball
Purchased this to help massage my abdominal muscles and help relax spasms/knots in my digestive system. It’s a little bigger than expected but works well and creates just enough pressure to work without being uncomfortable. Whilst I found it difficult to fully inflate (the air escapes before you can pop the valve back in), thankfully I need it partially deflated for my use. You receive two straws and an extra cap in case of loss.The main issue I have is that it’s very sticky so may attract! Definitely something to bear in mind if that would bother you, but overall a great buy and affordable little accessory for gentle massage or using in pilates. Would recommend!

Great Pilates ball
This is the perfect Pilates ball. I have used it so many times since it arrived and it has helped add more deeper core work to my workouts. Great value for money.

Soft Ball for Excercise
We use something similar in pilates. Great colour. Easy to inflate, soft for supporting head for neck stretches on the mat. Not yet tried other exercises with this. Pleased with the product.
