I have tried many different braiding gels to get those sleek braids and precise parts. This stuff is the TRUTH I am telling you! It doesn't have a strong smell it blends in the hair well and is not sticky on fingers or leave residue like other gels. I have used this for twists and braids and it can even be used as an edge control if you didn't get Aunt Jackie's matching edge control from the same line. This stuff holds and lasts for a long time, even as the hair is growing there is no buildup or white gunk or flaking just smooth hold and lasting styles. This braiding gel helps seal ends and moisturize at the same time. This is like an all-in-one for braids and twists. I have only used this on natural hair but I am sure the same goes for protective styles that use weave/ braiding hair. With the biotin and honey within the product, your hair will grow and be moisturized while doing so. For what is within this product and the quality of the gel the price is worth it. I HIGHLY recommend this product!

I LOVE this product! It holds my crunchy 4c hair very well! No white cakey residue and it has a really lovely scent!!!However... I feel like I was cheated out of some product! I opened the jar and it looks like a good portion was literally cut out of the jar (see pics).This is not a "settling" of the product because it is very thick/firm and the top reflects the contact with the product.I'm just glad it wasn't a larger amount missing!😂

I have locs and I decided to try a new product for retwisting my hair. This product works well with 4c hair and so far, it’s holding my grey hair in place. I love the firm hold and you don’t need much of the product…

I will admit that at first I was skeptical but since using it, I absolutely love it. I’ve purchased this gel 3 times since it was released. I use it for twists on my boyfriend, singles on my son and braids on my daughter and myself. The consistency is excellent. It is mildly sticky but in a good way. The styles last for the proper length of time.

Love this product. Easy to work with, good texture and held my daughter’s braids for days. No frizz. Smell is good, and leaves style shiny not flaky or dull.
