Odor neutralizer, not masker
I have been using Smells Begone for decades. It works amazingly well to neutralize any odors you don't want to smell. So this spray has only a faint scent, but the bathroom still smells much better when you use it. I wouldn't describe the fragrance you CAN smell as orange blossom, though. It's more of an orange top note and something a bit sharp after that. That's my reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

Doesn’t reallysmell like lemon
Has more of a perfume smell than of lemon. I don’t think it contains a lot of real essential oil.
