I am new to the bass. will i notice any sound quality benefit playing a bass through the laney rb2, versus the laney ah40?

Hi. I’m guessed no the AH40 is 40w whereas the RB2 is 30w. I use it at home for practice & recording & it’s plenty loud. You could probably use it for rehearsal/jams or even a small gig. You’ll need to take a drummer, rap if it’s heavy rock/metal. Hope that helps. Good luck.

what is the voltage 110 or 220 or autovolt

There is a UK/euro voltage which is 230. The US voltage will be 110. If you purchase the amp from Amazon UK you will receive a 230/G volt. Same goes for the US Amazon website, this will purchased as 110 voltage.
