I loved it but the app never worked

Very simple to install, remote works, app works and good quality product.

Wow thought it was going to be good but I guess I was wrong apparently the box is Now function because the colors are not right if I put it on blue it stays on for a minute then goes off the purple and it clearly says it's blue the yellow becomes White pink is White so apparently I've got a non function defect can't figure out how to contact them so I guess I've lost my money as of right now I don't recommend anybody to have this

Hooked it up to bike and blew fuse. Replaced fuse and consulted several mechanics. Must have been bad unit....but still. I spoke with several other people that have purchased this product. They have said it works awesome or they returned it due to malfunctions. Spoke with someone who had gone thru 2 control boxes and finally gave up and ordered from other vendor..

Was purchasing this with the main intent of being able to control from phone with Bluetooth option. After receiving product with instructions to download BLEDIM app from iOS store I find out that it no longer works. Did not find this out until a temporarily hooked up to test. IPhone would not connect to Bluetooth controller.
