I got two of these and I like them but on the one the button did not allow for the different light configuration to change. The company emailed me a satisfaction survey and I informed them of this and they said they would assist but I have not heard back from them?They are nice though, just wish I could use the options for them.Update: None of the ones I bought last August are working. Good for only a few months. If that is all you need them for go for it. If you want a long lasting product...keep shopping.

It was extremely difficult to get together as the one pole was only microscopically smaller than the other and the larger pole the end was ragged so the smaller wouldn't go in

I initially wrote a glowing review about this product...wicked cool piece!However within a week, half the lights went out. While wiggling the cord to see if loose connection, I heard a loud "pop" come from internal transformer box....darn capacitor literally blew up...see photo. Not impressed with that at all

I loved this tree however after 5 months it stopped working. I only had a month to return but it was passed the window when it stopped working. I am very disappointed and will never purchase another item from this seller.

ordered for sister as a gift and she loves it, do plan on getting one for myself
