ETS Speed Loader for Glock XD XDM and 1911 Magazines .45 ACP

My time frame at the range was an 1hr, shot 200rds of 9mm and 200rds of the 45acp w two of these speed loaders. Worked fantastically. The trick: have the bullets facing downwards on the rail while loading them into the mags. Make sure the rail and inner channel are lubed.

Edited:Talked to an Amazon rep and got a refund less the restocking fee. Ordered a new one hoping this one would work because I just can’t find this exact product anywhere else. This one WORKS!!! It works EXACTLY like it’s designed to work! I think the one we got before was probably the first or last of that batch when it was made. Happy I reordered!!This did not work as advertised. From the start ammunition gets stuck, jams and stops the process. Will not be buying this again. Total waste of money. I’d really like my $ back but it says the return window has closed.

The media could not be loaded. Single stack mags are a little bit of a pain in the loader. Instructions state to make sure the mag is centered. Once centered (like in the photo and video) it works fine. I'm still practicing with it but the video is of me on my 4th time doing it successfully. Yes, camera fell haha.I think it's a real time saver and it does work well. My dislike is that there should probably be a kind of spacer for single stack to get it centered more quickly instead of wasting time fidgeting around to get it right (hence 4 stars). But once centered, BAM! It will serve me well at the range.

This was recommended to me by a friend, who has had great success with his for .556 magazines.I was impressed with the 1st several loads of the .45 ACP and the 9mm. I thanked my friend for the advice.Then they both began to hang up in the feed area of the loader making it impossible to load mags in either caliber. I followed instructions to the letter after watching videos, by lubricating the rails and used multiple ways to leverage pressure against loading plunger.Ultimately, I had a .45 round wedged so tight iside the loader it took 5 minutes to remove. Several of the .45 rounds were compressed into casing and had gouges in them, very similar to other review by C. Bones.I cannot in good conscious recommend this product.

The one thing to remember is these loaders need to be broken in. Start by loading 2 or 3 cartridges at a time until loading is a smooth process. After loading 4 magazines, loading 5 cartridges at a time was easy. I have a 9mm loader as well and both are easy and quick loaders.

It works but needs a lot of break in. Does not work on steel ammo.

Excellent produuct. Works great. Takes a minute or two to get used to how it works.

Works well, saves time and easy to use. A little pricey but if you plan on using it a lot can’t be beat.
