Works great. Purchased 2 of these with twin XL mattresses. Remotes work well, and works as advertised. Be ready to spend some putting then together. It wasn't hard but somewhat tedious.

I’m very happy with the product . It is very well made . When you first open box and look at instructions it can be alittle intimidating. If you can build a model car as kid then you can put this together , it’s really very simple . My advice is lay the part out like instructions say then step back and go over the whole instruction booklet and study the parts and we’re all bolts go for a day or two before you actually start putting together you will fill much more comfortable about it . HELP for 2star rating by "not amazing” I had a similar problem on the foot assembly of 2nd frame .Mine was last extension that flexes up and down to raise or lower foot panel . In my tools I have set of pry bars , I got one that was about 16 inches long and can’t remember were I had to pry on that piece but took me about 10 minutes to figure out were to pry at ( trial and error) then found right place and had to put little bit of pressure on pry bar till holes lined up got it started and had to maneuver pry bar some to get bolt through second hole but it went in . I was worried that it might not work full motion of up and down but it’s working fine 2 months later . Hope this helps you !!

Well, I have to say I am very surprised by all the positive reviews and how everyone is saying how easy it is to assemble. Here is my experience.Fed Ex shows up days after delivery date and the boxes were trashed. But surprisingly, the bed and parts were fine. I did not see any damages. I proceeded to pull everything out and prepare for assembly. You have to assemble it 100% nothing is done prior. When I pulled everything out the first thing I noticed was that they sent duplicate parts so I was unable to put it together. I sent the seller communication explaining what was needed and over the course of two days they kept asking the same question frustrating me more and more. Finally I think they got it and it took them another couple days to ship out the right parts. And as usual FedEx can't ever deliver on the date they say it will be. Got the pieces and went to work to assemble the frames.Overall the assembly process is not terribly difficult, but it is very time consuming having to assemble everything little piece. With that said, the holes didn't always line up very well and it took some strength and effort to try and align everything so I could mount each of the parts. One of the sides of the split king would not go together allowing the foot portion to lie flat, so it sits up about an inch, but would not assemble otherwise.The other issue I had was the mounting holes for the motor were too small for the pin provided and had to drill it larger to fit.As for the reliability of it, that remains to be seen.So far the function is working ok, but often the remote does not respond when pressing the button. Since I got the split king I was hoping there would be a way to synchronize both sides with the remotes, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. The instructions talks about pairing the remotes, but cant find a way to put them in pairing mode.I found the whole process from start to finish extremely frustrating and I am not sure I would recommend this adjustable bed frame. If I were to do it again, I would recommend paying a little more for better options.

When we started putting this together we thought it would be a good height. Once we set it up we realized just how short it was. Had to buy some risers to bring it up close to where our bed was originally. Seems to work good and haven’t had any other issues.
