Almay Best Blend Forever Foundation, Neutral, 1 fl. oz., SPF 40 Broad Spectrum

This product is a great value for what it is. It goes on smoothly and still looks good at the end of the day. It’s not greasy, not dry. I’m fair skinned and use the porcelain color. It’s a good match. I reorder this item all the time.

I love that the sponge is connected to the bottle. It makes it so convenient to just squeeze and blend it in. This is also a great color and blends in well, which was a worry of mine buying online.

I just had Basal Cell Carcinoma, Mohs surgery and nose reconstruction. Of course the Doc's demand SPF daily now. I bought three to compare. First, the color didn't work.... super hard to tell online, but what do I do now? I wanted it to have a bit heavier coverage... medium to full. It definitely wasn't full. I have spots of rosacea, little veins that show through and some age spots (at 56) and I did not feel like it covered those at all. But most of all... my eyeliner and mascara transferred and smeared under my eye. I actually put a different brand on the opposite side of my face as a test. It covered well, had zero transfer and was a good color. When I end up with something like this one I end up mixing it with some other, too dark color, and try to make use of it. Getting old sucks and finding new foundation was just another thing to add to it.

Like this stuff for the spf. The coverage is light and natural imo. I am on the fair side of the spectrum and got color 130. It is warm and I wish it was more neutral to cool toned but, it’s not to the point of being so warm I can’t wear it. I applied it with a beauty blender and not the attached sponge. I had no irritation with this and it wore well for the whole night. No flaking or setting in lines and I did use some it radiance powder on top. All in all this is a good product and a good price. I have dry to normal skin for reference. Would buy this again but in a lighter color and do recommend

The neutral it’s perfect for my skin! It blends perfectly.

Looks pasty, overly thick and chalky. The spout is very tiny and gets clogged a lot, too. I had to use a safety pin tip to unclog it a few times. Does not blend in as well as Covergirl, Maybelline, Wet 'n Wild, L'oreal and Mineral Fusion. Won't buy this again. Almay's powder and makeup remover pads work fine, but their mascara and foundation are a total waste. Oh, well. Learned my lesson!

I mix this color with the next lighter color to get the right shade. Works great, and I love the higher SPF protection.

The consistency and blending of this foundation was lovely. Color matched well and found it to be light enough with initial coat as I do not like a heavy coverage. The fact that this has SPF coverage is really great. I apply with damp velour triangle pad and Pat it on.
