This is a quality pad that is easy to set up (minutes) and makes a noticeable difference in terms of heat retention as well as comfort.If you are not using something like this, you are probably unnecessarily losing heat, and that actually costs money. This hot tub mat is like a warm hug for my inflatable kiddy pool! The 1/4" thickness of the mat provides a soft and comfortable foundation for the pool, while the thickened foam padding ensures that I don’t feel any bumps or lumps from the ground under it. The square-shaped design is perfect because I think outside of the circle, and the size is ideal for many uses.

Super easy to assemble and I like that the squares aren't too large. Completely covers my Saluspa Hawaii with a little extra room to spare, and I like the rounded corners. It also includes an additional mat for the pump unit. Since I'm already using insulation board underneath I went for the 1/4 inch version which seems plenty sufficient.

I am very happy i bought this pad for my new hot tub it fits perfectly underneath and I like that it gives it a softer pad than what I had it on easy to assemble
