Ok, first off, I do love this blanket and I think it's very important to get the one that's safe for your body weight and health. Please read the medical information regarding those with heart issues, poor circulation etc. You shouldn't buy one if you have these medical issues. If you only weigh 120 pounds soaking wet, then buying a 75 pound blanket is going to destroy you!!! So, buy for your body size.This blanket feels amazing wrapped around you. The glass beads inside, you can't feel or hear so that's nice! When washing it, you will be able to use a dryer but remember that this blanket, when it's wet, feels like your carrying a house! It's nice and warm and my hubby and I just survived the ice storm in Oregon and all i needed on my side of the bed is this blanket. And we live in a travel trailer as well!All in all, I think anyone who wants to get a better night's sleep and feel rested the next day, should get one of these snuggly blankets! Thanks for reading! Daughter loves it and refuses to sleep without. Evenly distributed weight with a soft exterior. It seems to be of good quality which will last.

If you do that, combined with this blanket, you will sleep like a bear during hibernation. I have no way to know for sure, but I feel like I also have less anxiety during the day. I like how this helps me sleep. It is a little heavier than I expected. I got the #20 per the size chart. I think the #15 would have been better suitable for me.I the purple which is the colour I got.I machine washed and dried when I got it and it held up well. I tried and couldn’t get a duvet cover over it to keep it cleaner longer.One negative, there was a tear along the binding. It didn’t go into the pocket for the sand and I was able to mend it. It looked more as if the end of the binding was used and it was unraveling.It’s worth the money even with the mending I had to do.

Quality is very good. My only problem is that it came up as a full size blanket. It's a full size for a twin bed instead. My daughter still has it on her bed but it's strategically placed.

This is my first weighted blanket, and I don't think I can ever go back (not sure what I'm going to do during the warmer months). The one I have is throw blanket sized, but it serves as a fine top layer when I sleep. I like the weight of the blanket, and it is evenly distributed and does not bunch up. It does make it warmer during the night, so it has been great during the colder months. I like that there are little tabs sew along the edges so you can hang up the blanket to air dry after washing.

I can’t believe I waited so long to order a weighted blanket. They are pretty expensive but this one was more than reasonable. I seriously can’t believe how much I love it! It’s beautiful, and like many before me have said, it feels like a hug! I really had no faith in this, but honestly, best purchase I’ve made in years. If you are hesitant I encourage you to try this!

This weighted blanket was a good price, soft, and cozy. My son sleeps well now.

I just bought 2 more of these! Great weight distribution, super comfortble, attractive colors, and washes well. I wash everything before I use it, so in it went, cold gentle cycle with detergent and a dash of vinegar to set the color so it never runs or fades (important). It would take forever to hang dry and is too heavy to hang anyway so I popped it into the dryer with 2 dry bath towels. The blanket was perfectly dry in half an hour and my kid sleeping under it just 2 hours later. It was like magic watching this weighted blanket so gently confine, and then settle my wiggly ADHD child with restless legs. That's the 10lb 40x60 green blanket. I love it, so the next day I got the velvety soft blue for my other kid (it's gorgeous but might be too warm for some people, I suspect), and a 12lb 48x72 for myself. I chose not to get a queen because it is heavy, and I think a larger one would be awkward and cumbersome to position or adjust at night. Besides, I'm single. If I weren't, I'd still consider 2 twins instead of a queen, personally. None of my family have been sleeping well lately but I look forward to some good rest tonight! As for choosing weight, I'd have definitely gone heavier years ago when my anxiety was super intense. For me now, the 12 lb twin blanket feels like I'm free to move but with resistance and it feels right. I'm a somewhat petite female. I had a great snuggle under it to try it out, and now it's happily whirring in the washer.

As far a quality, the blanket it very well made. The bead seem to stay in place. Fabric is soft. No strong smeel when unpacking. I really thought I would love it... been wanting one for so long... but even getting the 10 pound one... i couldn't sleep... to heavy on my legs, I couldn't move easily. Try it for 3 nights just to give it a chance... one night even only placing it only on the top of my body but didn't sleep well. Felt more like a work out every time I wanted to move of switch sides. One thing I did notice is that even if I placed over my duvet I was not hot... so it is very breathable. It was just not for me.
