Just buy a regular water bottle. The flavor packets don't even work. It's pretty much just like drinking regular water. And when you try to reach out to someone for customer service, nobody gets back to you.

Got this for my daughter, the blue flavor box was all soggy. It had leaked.

Can’t wash!
There’s no way to wash the part you put your mouth on, as it’s attached to the flavor cartridge. I understand it’s a disposable part, but to go 2-3 days without washing seems unsanitary.

Too sweet
The contents when it mixes with water is far too sweet and there is no way to tone that down. It leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste like an artificial sweetener
