Fit perfect! Great quality! My girl is 3 1/2 , 35 lbs , between a 3t and 4t. We got the 4t. It was a tad long but fit perfect every where else. She didn’t trip or anything, it just drug the ground. But literally ZERO COMPLAINTS!

Fits perfectly. The puff is non-existent. I will purchase Petticoats for both. The only con for me is how the angle in the front of the dress is so high. Its really close to the collar bone. (Looks a little weird) back fastens with a zipper, a ribbon, and 2 pearl buttons. Really snug. I love it
