Decent flavor and good energy. Only down side is it gives me personally the pins/needles itchy weird feeling in like my hands or feet sometimes.

I thought it war over priced for the quantity I received. Open the can and it was half way empty.

I looooove this product! Right off the bat when you open it it smells amazing, like guava! I love mango guava so this flavor is my favorite! I love that the ingredients are clean & quality ingredients, one of the many reasons One Sol is my go to for supplement products. I also am a huge fan of the fact that this preworkout already has their creatine in it! Overall such a great preworkout 🫶🏼
