Practical and they work great!I owned different cupping sets, different brands and stiles and I love this one. It’s one of my favorites! It’s practical, super simple to use and works great. Great value.

These work really well!! But do not buy colored ones, as you can’t tell what is happening if you can’t see through it 😂 just if you dont want to injure yourself though

Easy to use, just be sure to use cream and or oil before applying so you can easily release it and position as necessary. Always helpful to have someone else apply so your muscle is relaxed under it but can be done alone. Easy to clean, good assortment of sizes (although I did buy a jumbo one separately). I have a glass set of cups and prefer these for ease of setting and removal as well as effectiveness.

These aren’t as strong as the real glass/heat cups but when I have shoulder pain, these help for a quick fix at home. They’re also great for travel since they’re small, light, and easy to use. Be sure to use an oil on your skin before applying the cup so it stays on better. It pinches if I put it on my dry skin. The variety of sizes are great for different areas of my back, shoulders and neck.

Cups are good quality they are thin and flexible so you can easily push out the air for a good suction .I have ordered three other brands were more expensive but ended up keeping this oneYou can see the results of few seconds of suction on my arm

This is my first ever set of cupping tools, and it is proving to be a great purchase. I have used them for various types of pain. I especially like them because I can easily control the level of suction. The silicone material is soft and flexible, yet able to apply as soft or as firm a grip as needed. Must use a good massage cream or other medium for adherence.

They were small. They have very little suction. Very poor quality save your money.

These cups come with a nice carrying bag and they are easy to use once you get the hang of it. You wanna make sure to push down hard in the middle of them and squeeze them first before you apply because that will make the pressure that much greater.
