As others have said, the build quality and materials of this CamelBak bottle are excellent. However, it was designed to inject air into the water stream as water is dispensed. This means that you're swallowing a big gulp of water with a bunch of air, which is exactly the opposite of what you want when hydrating during intense activity. Lots of burps. Who thought this design was a good idea?!

I'm thoroughly impressed with my new water bottle! Its sleek design and lightweight construction make it easy to take on-the-go, and the BPA-free material gives me peace of mind. You must take off the inside rubber part to be able to shoot water with a good directional flow without spilling around where you aim, but when this is done, it works like a charm. Note that it can’t be locked if you take off that piece (water will come out of the bottle if carried in a bag).Conclusion : This design is easier to clean than the old one, but you now have to choose between a good nice directional flow or being able to lock the valve : you can’t have both anymore.
