Only got one of a set of 2
Good product - only received one brush - - it says on the item description - set of 2 - I called Karcher for product support- they could not work with my Amazon order number and wanted my Karcher account number - I bought from Amazon so I do not have a Karcher account . They gave me a phone number for the Karcher retail customer service - I have waited on hold for 33 minutes during my first phone call to them - no one ever answered- Very bad customer service both from Amazon and from Karcher Would not recommend this item.

Missing Parts and Misinformation
I had originally (and I double checked) ordered the two pack, and then only received one. They must have fixed the links because now everything is correct. Second, and most important note is that the brush does not come complete. It's missing the grey practical caps. I even called Karcher and they stated it should come as the full set. Weird part, is that these products are drop-shipped from Karcher, so the fault is on their end and not Amazon.

They show 2 you only get one
Order extra brushes for my sweeper. I really like the sweeper, but when I received the extra BRUSH I was surprised that the picture showed two and only received one.

Die Kehrmaschine funktioniert tadellos. Sie wurde von mir als gebraucht gekauft, der kleine Schaden an der Schiebevorrichtung konnte o.W. Behoben werden. Die Maschine ist ideal für Hofeinfahrten, Gehwege und Straßenkanten. Sie ist leicht zu handhaben. Seitenbürste und Bodenbürste sammeln den Schmutz in den Behälter, der mühelos zu entleeren ist. Über Randschwellen sollte langsam gefahren werden!
