Great quality & function for the price
This was a gift, because I like mine so much. As a retired chef, I know how dangerous an exposed mandolin can be. This is not quite as precise, but it worked great quickly slicing cukes for pickling, creating vegetable strings for stir fry, and thin taters for scallops. Easy to clean and use, seems pretty sturdy.

Great purchase. Exceptionally easy.
LOVE THIS!!! We do alot of slicing and cutting of fruits and vegetables for our freeze dryer. This is by far the best manual option. I used to always reach for my kitchen aid attachment to do this but this unit is so simple to use that I grab it now.
