Q: I'm always really nervous about my bag breaking. Is this high-risk backpack???

The top strap thing broke on mine like halfway through the school year and I had to get a new backpack. I had heavy shit in there but I only had hang it up for one period a day so yeah it might be risky if you carry a lot.

Q: Is the backpack good for school, like can it fit folders, notebooks, binder, etc?

It can be used for school but your space is limited so as long as it's not too many

Q: Is it big enough for school?

That mostly depends on the child and what they bring to and from school. I would say it's a standard size though. Not too small but not oversized either. For my son, it holds a fair amount of items - a couple of books, a binder, a lunch bag and pencil pouch. It's pretty sturdy too. Well-made.
