They are not an antiseptic or disinfectant, so there is no way you can be talking about 99.9% of known germs, but they are as effective as conventional soap and water, which will get most microbes. Quite pricey, but amazing.

Quite pricey. Otherwise, these are amazing. They advertise them for incontinence, but in reality they are not specifically or not only for that: because they are moisturising, soft and with no perfume (though they smell slightly like lotion), they are ideal to use in intimate area any time one needs. I read someone was satisfied using them to remove makeup...for my taste, too pricey to use that way, but I am curious to try at least once! Anyway, will buy again for home and travel.
