This is a toy RC car. 1 - 2 steps below hobby grade. With that said it's way more affordable and can be just as much fun if you temper expectations. It's faster than most toy cars within its class. But don't expect to be blown away.Unfortunately the batteries are proprietary and balanced charging and trickle discharging is handled within the battery's case. Makes for easy, USB charging without the expensive hobby grade charger. But replacing the batteries will be challenging. However, I believe the fun, excitement, and use of the vehicle will wane long before the batteries go.Not being hobby grade, none of the parts are easily replaceable or upgradeable. It's a toy designed powertrain system of plastic gears. But again, at this price it's pretty cool it's AWD. It has LEDS which is also a nice touch. For driveway or street driving this car is great. With two cars you'll have hours of fun.

The axel on this car broke after a few weeks of driving on paved surfaces

Makes play-time with cats more fun for me...not-so-much for them. I put the drift wheels on it to make it not as peppy but I wish the throttle had a bit more sensitivity because you can't really control it with the hard plastic drift wheels. It's got too much torque and just always spin out.Comes with 2 batteries that last a long while as well as some little cones to try and make a track. I just do circles around my cats or I herd them with this. Great little time killer

The media could not be loaded. I love (nearly) everything about this little speedy car!Pros:1) TWO rechargeable batteries. One battery can charge while you race the car around. The charge time is relatively quick, so you can almost keep driving indefinitely.2) TWO sets of wheels. Yes, you can change your wheels, which is pretty cool.3) Fast, responsive car with decent range.4) Style is very cool and race-car themed.Cons:1) Proprietary battery will be a challenge to replace when it finally wears out (common problem with rechargeable batteries for RC)2) Because of the high speed, it's difficult to drive indoors without running into everything in sightOverall I'm very pleased with this little, quick, fun RC car!

This it a very fun rc drift car to play with.Its a 1:18 size rc race car,comes with two batteries and charger,1 full set of rubber tires for fast driving and a full set of drift tires and screw driver included to change them.with the rubber tires it's fast and can turn on a dime,and with the drift tires,of course it drifts,that's so much fun!At first I was all over the place so I put a wide rubber band on the wheel of the remote and handle for better grip and it made a huge difference.My hand and fingers are not slipping on the plastic so I have better control.This is an awesome RC drift car for kids and adults as wel.To me it's well worth the price to put a smile on your kids face I highly recommend it,you will have so much fun.

For being a entry level RC car this thing looks great, it is quite fast and yet easy to control.My younger family members have a great time driving this around drive way.Great battery life for being so small Id say more like 30 minutes of actual fast speed run time from the times we've had it out and about.Its ready to run out the box so would make a perfect last minute gift.

This is a much better entry-level car than I expected.It is fairly lightweight, but it's a great set.The body is pretty detailed, and it's a sharp-looking car.It comes with 2 batteries, which is also a big plus at this price point.2 sets of tires, working headlights, backup lights, and some small cones to set up obstacles with?What a neat set to get a young one into RC cars.My grandson was very excited to play with this,Charing time seems to be about 45-60 minutes per battery and you get about 20-30 minutes per battery depending on how much high speed is used.For under $50 this is a great starter set that can be used indoors and out.
