This product is MAGIC!
Everything this product claimed it would do, it DID and then some, in only three weeks of use! My skin tone is lighter, less red and blotchy, softer, smoother, fine lines are reduced and what's more, no breakouts. Most other products I've used simply sit on top of the skin feeling greasy and really served no purpose. Most of the time, I used those other brands at night to find most of it would be left of on my pillow or balled up on my skin, completely ineffective. (And they cost a LOT more than Derma-e).Derma-e actually absorbs INTO the skin immediately on contact and does its magic from the inside without wiping off or leaving a cakey residue. From reading the reviews before buying Derma-e. I expected to like the product - but I don't. I LOVE it! It's worth every penny I paid for it.

Currently Testing the product, Will Update in TWO WEEKS.
Hello Amazoner's,I just received this product and I am giving it 3 stars because I am just starting to use it (Day 2) and will update after 2 weeks of use with photos.I love that the product is a "natural herbal' product. The "Licorice Extract" is the natural lightening agent. (via research)I have used all of the following that contains hydroquinone which are:Ambi Fade CreamNadinolaDr. Fred Summit Bleach CreamBlack and White Bleach CreamPorcelana. Each of these creams contain hydroquinone.I did my research of the pros and cons of the hydroquinone and some reviewers got great results, others not so lucky, like me.After each use at different months of the year, I have noticed my hyperpigmentation just got red with burning sensations instead of lighter, so I discontinued the use due to my dermatologist orders. My derm did not recommend a prescription for my PIH (Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) because it was strong and the pigmented area was on my face.My hyperpigmentation is right on my face between my eyebrows so that is where the desperation to rid of the discoloration came to. I really wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible because that's the first thing I see when I look at my face in the mirror. It made me self-conscious. I don't like to wear a lot of makeup nor have the time to look flawless (MOM OF 3 toddlers) I had gotten this PIH due to an allergy from taking an NSAIDS medication which cause a rash on my face. My derm prescribed me hydrocortisone 2.5% to relieve the itching and inflammation. After my itching went away, I was left with PIH. Hydrocortisone helped with the itching and inflammation, but not the PIH on top of that my derm said not to use the hydrocortisone over 2 weeks period because of the side effects of the skin thinning.Knowing Hydroquinone was not the best idea for my skin, I decided to research some 'brightening/lightening" creams without hydroquinone.I stumbled upon Aveeno positively radiant cleanser and the Tone Corrector with Vitamin A. Both seem to help a TAD, but not as fast as I would have hoped so I decided to try this Derma E Skin lighten cream.SO FAR, what I can tell you is that the color is very light beige, no scent.Looks creamy at a glance, but when applied it is a bit pasty upon drying after application(Think of a very thin layer of dried toothpaste on the skin). (A little goes a long way)It kinda seems like a concealer after it dries on my skin, the color is definitely a reason why it would appear "lighter"No skin redness or irritation.I know it will take some time to possibly see a difference.Size is reasonable for its price at $6.47 (free shipping orders over $35)I am Asian and 28 years old skin color is light. Think of a real lightskin Alicia Key's.My skin is combo, but the current cold weather calls for frequent moisturizing (Michigan)I will update with before and after photo's in 2 weeks time.I will also be testing out the KOJIE SAN SOAP & whitening cream after I received it.

Works on dark scars on body!
This cream does brighten old/new dark scars on the body quite well! You must be reasonably consistent with the application to get rid of your scars completely! I also use the scar gel with this cream, which also works very well!Only issues: it’s a small tub. Wish it was a little bigger for the money I pay.It doesn’t moisturize me much; can be drying. I use another body lotion over it.

Does not brighten your skin.
This product did not do what the description says. I have been using this product for months and did NOTHING. My skin is still the same, if not worse, with dark spots. I do Not recommend it. I wish I could get my money back.

Works great.
I had started to get age spots on my hands and head (I'm a guy in my mid 50s with a shaved head) and after using this product for just three weeks, the spots were gone. The cream also made my skin softer, smoother and brighter and was gentle enough to use every day. Love it!

Best $17 I've ever spent
Being severely anemic and very fair, everything scars. I have generally nice skin, but I get a tiny bit of hormonal acne and it leaves a scar every time.I've only been using this a few days and I'm in awe of how quickly all my scars have faded! Scarring I've had around my nose for over ten years was the first to go. I'm really excited for the next few weeks and looking forward to being able to go without makeup. If you have any acne scarring, do yourself a favor and get this!Sidenote: I have incredibly sensitive skin and this does not upset it at all.
