Low frequency
I have to turn mines almost to the highest level to get it to work. And the attachments aren’t snug I have to keep pushing them down into the handle to point my comb came out and dropped and broke in a little pieces. So now I’m stuck with it and I will just replace the comb attachment.

I dont know if mines is defective but the frequency is so low. You have to turn it up so high but have to be careful because you might shock yourself.? Im just going to return mine
