Solved the problems of getting my husband up - design is excellent

Nice tool but you need strength to use it on a large person

This was a God-send for moving my husba and being able to change him.

This wide rectangular piece of sewn fabric is sturdily made with two handles on each side. The nice thing about the handles is that they are covered with foam or silicone covers so that it spreads the weight of the individual being moved to a wider area of pressure on the mover's hands. It should be easy to slip behind an individual when you sit them more upright. The addition of the support strap allows the correction of a big disadvantage found in most slings of this design. Unlike most it is designed for even female and weaker individual movers instead of most that are set up to be used by a bigger or stronger individual mover.

This is a great lifting aid for helping someone bedridden. The strap is very sturdy but also made to be comfortable for the person being helped.I like that there are two different length straps with handles which lets me choose the best one to use when I am assisting.What I really like is the long strap. It slides in behind the length of the sling on the outside and then you can place it around your own back. This is like having an extra person to help support the weight of the person being moved. Very helpful.
