Amazing the quality . Ease of swallow . When I started to take it , I have more energy , and the ingredients are natural for that reason I bought it and its effectiveness and above all value for money . No doubt to buy again . I loved it .

Have several auto-immune issues on top of Lyme and have heard many good reports on NAD thru fellow patients. I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised that I did feel better. Not cured, not pain free... but better with more energy. The only complaint is the price.. but with so many extra ingredients that I take singularly, this is worth it.
