Hi guys, doesn't this device send noise / vibration to the microphone, since there's no suspension?

The suspension shall be in the microphone or the microphone holder. This device, mounted on a stand, is used to lay a boom pole in. This will provide you with a lot of reach. There is no suspension here. It would not be so efficient if it were, as wind passing the boom pole for instance may cause vibration that could be picked up easily as a rumble by the microphone membrane. Suspension is therefor always as close as possible to the membrane.

Also, does this device allow you to tilt the boom pole up and down - and if possible - to swivel the boom pole left and right at the same time, a lot?

Yes, but you do that via the clamps.

anyone know the maximum weight load?

It’s impossible question because you Will recive forces (moment and ”preasure”) because of lenght of your stick and the weight so one answer can not be done. (English is not my motverka Lange so sorry about my spelling...)
