Expensive but well made mattress
Price aside ( It's expensive at £170 when reviewed) this is a great mattress. My one and a half year old has no issues sleeping on it and it is high quality with removable washable cover. If you could get this on a special offer below £100 it would make a great purchase. In short really nice product shame about the price.

Excellent quality
This is a terrific product, a well-designed beautifully comfortable mattress suitable for cot and beyond. It has every quality you could hope for and I suppose that is why it is so expensive - which is the reason I have deducted a single mark, because I cannot really see very many wanting to spend so much on a mattress. But perhaps you should. Here is what you are getting: it is hypoallergenic; it has a comfortable topper which can be removed for easy cleaning; it is wonderfully sprung. Very highly recommended.

Now the sun turns out its light
Millie is six months old and her mum thought it was time to move her from the Moses basket to a cot. Fortunately, one was already available but unfortunately, it didn't have a mattress. Then this turned up.To get an important bit out the way first; yes it looks expensive compared to many other mattresses but you don't compromise on your children's comfort. I've always thought it strange that we wouldn't sleep on something we consider substandard yet many people seem to let their very young to sleep on something akin to a sheet of cardboard. As with car seats and pushchairs/prams, you get the best your budget allows. You don't scrimp when it comes to a cot mattress.Apparently, this uses some NASA technology in the topper that prevents the body from either overheating or getting too cold. It also has individual springs and whilst I could certainly feel them when I tried it out, your occupant won't. And the proof is in what happens when bedtime comes around. We all know what it's like to be woken in the middle of the night but so far, in the five weeks Millie has been sleeping on this, she hasn't uttered a sound. And you can't get more of a recommendation than that!I'm not suggesting you rush out and buy this, only that it should be considered. But don't think about getting a cheap and cheerful mattress just so you can buy something in addition; it always works out as a false economy.

over-priced
My wee one has been sleeping on this for a number of nights now. Any difference from the one we used before? No.I also agree with a previous review that I don't think this will last. It doesn't feel like much and I think once my daughter gets bigger and heavier it's not going to be so comfy. It can describe itself with all the fancy sci-fi technology jargon it wants, but at the end of the day it's a mattress and you can get just as good if not better ones for cheaper.Much cheaper.

Good, but.
This is a standard sized (140 x 70) cot mattress. It's sprung, so certainly better than the cheap foam ones you usually get for cot beds. It's good. It boasts space age material in its construction which helps circulation of air and keeps your child at a comfortable temperature. It is good in that sense. My toddler seems comfortable on it though and the make up of the surface is definitely better than the other it replaces. My biggest issue with it is the price. I like this, but am not convinced I'd pay what is being asked for here.

A handy removable cover made of NASA memory foam style material makes it easy to clean
A lovely mattress for your new born. A handy removable cover made of NASA memory foam style material makes it easy to clean. It is a little pricey but it's well made, feels very springy and seems to be built to last. Only time will tell

Difficult to fault this mattress to be honest
Difficult to fault this mattress to be honest. It's high end, sure, but with mattresses more than anything else you pay for what you get and if you go for quality for yourself, there's no excuse for not doing so for the little one! The tech is put there up front but to my mind that's not only reassuring, the proof is also in the pudding. This is an incredibly supportive, good quality mattress that is high end adult-standard but ideal for children, with a very useful topper that is easy to clean that protects the mattress proper. Very impressed.
